Hemos creado esta página para que podáis encontrar toda la información necesaria del Nacional 2024: inscripciones, alojamiento, localización y demás detalles relevantes.

FECHA Y LUGAR

Tendrá lugar el 20 de Abril del 2024 en la ciudad de Avilés en el Pabellón de Exposiciones La Magdalena

Avilés es una ciudad situada en el litoral del área metropolitana central de Asturias, calificada como la sexta mayor área metropolitana por actividad de España.

El casco histórico de Avilés, las playas de Castrillón y los entornos rurales de Corvera e Illas, destacan en una oferta turística que no deja indiferente a quien visita Comarca Avilés.

Para llegar podréis usar el medio de transporte que prefirais. Haciendo click encima del medio de transporte accederéis al google maps para que podáis ver la ubicación del aeropuerto, estación tren, autobús o como llegar en coche.

Si venís en avión, hay línea regular de Bus a Avilés cada hora y parada de taxi.

El aeropuerto de Ranon puede venir indicado como Aeropuerto de Oviedo.

INSCRIPCIÓN

Para inscribirse en el nacional es necesaria la pre-inscripción a través de BCN CRISIS, para la formalización de la inscripción es necesario el pago de la misma al número de cuenta que se indica más abajo. Indicando nombre y número de VEKN (Si lo hacéis en nombre de varias personas será necesario indicar sus VEKN`s

El precio serán 40€ ( Incluye comida) La zona de comida en el Nacional quedará de uso exclusivo de los participantes del torneo.

Una vez realizado el pago, será necesario el envío del justificante vía correo electrónico ( vtesgijon@gmail.com) con el asunto : PAGO TORNEO

A todos aquellos que nos hayáis enviado el justificante se os haŕa llegar un formulario Google para saber vuestra talla de camiseta y si tenéis algún tipo de alergia, intolerancia, etc.

Por cuestiones logísticas solo se podrá cancelar la inscripción hasta el Lunes 18 de Marzo del 2024. Los 10€ de la comida no serán reembolsables debido a los términos de la contratación del catering. Las diferentes opciones de menú estarán disponibles hasta el 10 de Abril por cuestiones logísticas, a partir de esa fecha todo inscrito recibirá Menú Bocadillo.

Durante el día del Nacional el local de restauración de la primera planta durante el horario de comida quedará a uso exclusivo para los participantes al Torneo

Para aquellos que vengan con familia o amigos en la parte exterior encontrarán 8000m cuadrados de ocio alternativo. Juegos de mesa, rol y rol infantil, wargames y TCGs

Habrá torneos, talleres, demos y dinamizaciones.

Durante todo el Fin de Semana.

DATE AND PLACE

It will take place on April 20, 2024 in the city of Avilés at the La Magdalena Exhibition Pavilion.

Avilés is a city located on the coast of the central metropolitan area of Asturias, ranked as the sixth largest metropolitan area by activity in Spain.

The historic center of Avilés, the beaches of Castrillón and the rural environments of Corvera and Illas, stand out in a tourist offer that does not leave indifferent those who visit the Avilés region.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

To register for the national tournament, pre-registration through BCN CRISIS is necessary. To formalize the registration, payment must be made to the account number indicated below, indicating the name and VEKN number (if you are doing it on behalf of several people, it will be necessary to indicate their VEKNs).

The price will be €40 (including food).

Once the payment has been made, it will be necessary to send the receipt via email (vtesgijon@gmail.com) with the subject: TOURNAMENT PAYMENT.

To all those who have sent us the receipt, a Google form will be sent to know your T-shirt size and if you have any allergies, intolerances, etc.

For logistical reasons, registration can only be cancelled until Monday, March 18, 2024. The €10 for the food will not be refunded due to the terms of the catering contract.The different menu options will be available until April 10th for logistical reasons; starting from that date, all registered participants will receive the Bocadillo Menu

For those who come with family or friends, in the exterior area, you will find 8000 square meters of alternative entertainment. Board games, role-playing games (RPG), children's RPG, wargames, and Trading Card Games (TCGs) will be available. There will be tournaments, workshops, demos, and activities throughout the weekend."
